How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Chartbin Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Chartbin Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Chartbin Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@chartbin.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Next we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
